Victorian Paisley Shawls Victorian Paisley Shawls
These beautiful textiles were used by Victorian Ladies as coats. They were large and the perfect size to cover their large but fashionable dresses. Originally handcrafted in India, the Europeans recognized their beauty and were soon looming their own. All my shawls are over 100 years old. They are the perfect size to display on a large diningroom table, or draped over a high banister.

Antique Collars & Yokes Antique Collars & Yokes
These Collars and Yokes are fine examples of needlework. They can be framed, or used in Reproduction Costumes. Or use tem to embellish a contemporary jacket or shirt. One fine reference for these works of art is in "Old Lace & Linens" by Maryanne Dolan.
Antique Sleeves and Cuffs Antique Sleeves and Cuffs
Our fore-mothers and fore-grandmothers saved everything! These dress parts either are from salvaged vintage dresses and other clothes, or were part of an unfinished article. They are wonderful examples of handwork and early fabrics. They are collectible as they are, or use them to finish period reenactment costumes.
  Vintage Hats Vintage Hats
These hats never go out of style!
  Vintage Aprons Vintage Aprons
One of my earliest sewing memories is of being put in a corner to hem my great-aunt's aprons...not that they needed it, so that I would stay out from under foot! Vintage Aprons are highly collectible for their nostalgic value and for their fabrics, many made of feedsacks. But don't be afraid to use them!
