| Antique, early 19th century, French toile fabric measuring 24 inches by 29 inches, on linen. The print is in shades of yellow and the motifs are Oriental in theme, or Chinoserie. There is a fisherman catching a fish with a net, lots of orange blossoms, large flowers, and a ribbon design. In good condition with some spots. This was previously part of a museum collection so there is a small catalog tag still sewn on a corner. |
