Vintage plastic, possibly celluloid, in f aux tortoise shell hair comb. It measures 3.5 inches long and 1 3/8 inches at its widest point. The top is squared off and there are two rows of tiny rhinestones. In very good condition, all stones are present, but not all as bright.
