***This is a Consignment Items, Sales and Free Shipping Offers Can Not Be Applied*** Antique Victorian Black Cape, circa 1889s. Black silk twill with a khaki silk twill inside. Completely made by hand. Several tiers of fringe with some beaded with black glass beads (I do not think they are jet). Closures are missing. It measures 14" long from tip of collar to end of fringe. The neck fits my seven year old. In fair condition, collar is worn and there is some bead loss. Insurance is required.
