| This vintage fabric measures 37" (selvage) by 3.3 yards. Feels like cotton, a little lighter weight than the quilter's cottons of today, but I have saved some this aside for myself for quilting purposes. Background is white with a tiny grey plaid. Over that are medallions in blue with a golden yellow cross in each. Each medallion measures about 1" square. This might be a shirting material, and I can almost swear my grandfather had a pair of pajamas in fabric similar to this. No holes, tears, stains or odors. First picture is true to color, the close up is for detail, the color is off. |
