Pattern is #2538 in Brackman's "Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns". It can be called &"Star of Many Points", Michigan Beauty", "Arrowhead Star", "Modern Star", or "Many Pointed Star". What is so fabulous is that the quilt backing, a plain pieced muslin, was found with it. It is handpieced (as is the backing). There are 30 blocks, each measuring 9.5" square with a 3" sashing and 3 border. Good condition. Weighs 3 pounds for shipping purposes.
