Vintage 1960s Summit of Boston skirt. Very retro flower design and bright psychedelic colors. It measures 41 inches long, with a 23 inch waist. The tag says size 8…I am a size 8 but my waist is NO 23 inches! Side zipper opening. Matching belt is included with white plastic buckle. 87% cotton, 13% polyester. Original tags are still attached. In excellent condition.
